This top is so much fun for spring! We are living for this seafoam green base and awesome ditzy floral design throughout. We love the peplum style and the fun flutter sleeves! There is also a keyhole design on the back with a button closure. This material is a woven polyester, so there is no stretch but does run flowy. See measurements.
